When Megan K. joined Ardent, she wasn’t chasing a number on the scale or a perfect physique — she was looking for confidence.

Mary Ann

“I was nervous to join a gym — now I look forward to 5AM every day.”

When Mary Ann moved to Oshkosh, she was looking for more than just a place to work out, she wanted a community. Her first interaction wasn’t in a workout class, but at a Christmas party where she brought treats and wrapped gifts with strangers who would soon become friends.

Now a regular in the 5AM crew, Mary Ann is training for life — from strength gains to retirement gardening goals — and has found a supportive, uplifting space to celebrate her bright spots and wins.
