The Launch Program at Ardent Fitness is an immersive introduction to our core training principles and community, giving you a personalized and structured entry into health and fitness. This program begins with a body scan using our InBody scanner, providing tangible, data-driven insights into your starting point, so you can measure clear progress from day one.
Individualized Training Sessions
Through five 45-minute one-on-one training sessions, you’ll learn the essentials of functional movement, all tailored to your fitness level and unique goals. These sessions are designed to build your confidence, correct form, and provide an initial assessment of your physical abilities, helping us design a program that works for you.
Comprehensive Goal Setting & Personalized Nutrition
We focus on real, sustainable nutrition—not supplements or sales gimmicks. You’ll undergo an in-depth goal-setting session, ensuring clarity on what you want to achieve and how we’ll work together to get there. Based on your InBody scan and personal goals, you’ll receive customized nutritional guidance designed to fuel your journey.
Guided Group Integration
As you progress, your coach will join you as a guide—your "sherpa"—in your first group class. They’ll introduce you to the Ardent community, support you through the workout, and be there to answer any questions, making your transition into your first group training smooth and comfortable.
No Long-Term Commitment—Just Real Progress
The Launch Program is commitment-free after the initial sessions. However, if you choose to continue with either personal training, group classes, or a hybrid of both, we’ll provide three additional body scans in your first 90 days to track your progress toward your goals. From day one, our coaches and community are here to support you, offering accountability and encouragement every step of the way. We do not do contracts, just a 30 day notice, so you won’t be locked into a long term commitment.
