About Coach

After getting a degree in kinesiology, I thought I was going to go into the field of corporate wellness. All of that changed when I became a member of Ardent. Yes, I was a member before working here! I wanted to learn how to Olympic weightlift and they were the only gym in the area that I felt confident could help me.

This place has not only shaped me as a professional but as an athlete as well. I've done things I never thought I would be able to do like compete in competitions and do handstand push-ups. I have found a love for functional fitness through Ardent and am so glad I am able to share that with our members.

Turning Point

From a young age, I was involved in sports. I danced, played volleyball and soccer, and ran track. In my sophomore year of high school, I tore my ACL playing soccer. This was a pivotal moment in my life and led me to want to pursue a career that dealt with being active. It was difficult for me to get back into sports after that incident, so I turned to lifting weights.

Motivation & Passion

I love helping people discover their love for being healthy and active in all stages of their life. Whether you're an athlete or someone who is just looking to stay moving, I'm all in. Watching people hit PRs, get stronger, and create a better mindset around working out and eating, are all things that bring me immense joy. I want everyone to know that it's never too late to start building muscle and becoming stronger. No matter where you are at, I will meet you there. Being healthy and lifting weights is for EVERYONE.
