Sweat Class

Sweat Class is a bootcamp transformation program which is all inclusive. Designed to help you burn fat, gain healthy habits and feel more confident. Along with bootcamp you will also have access to Inbody Scans and Nutrition Counseling. Classes are Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 6:45 PM to 7:30 PM. This is a monthly membership, NO CONTRACTS!
