Sweat Class

Sweat Class is a six week transformation program exclusive to women that is  designed to help you burn fat, gain healthy habits and feel more confident. Along with your six weeks of classes you will also have access to Inbody Scans and Nutrition Counseling.

Classes are Monday, Tuesday and Wednesdays from 5:45 PM to 6:45 PM. The first day of class is July 9th and ends August 16th.
