Potential CrossFitters have been asking and the date has been set. The next On Ramp class will begin on August 12 at 6:15pm, running the span of four weeks. Class will be every Monday and Wednesday at 6:15pm where you will learn the fundamentals of CrossFit and prepare yourself for intensity of the program. There are only 15 spots available for this class and is a first come, first served basis.
