CrossFit Oshkosh’s programming is developed to prepare you for any eventual physical task you may encounter.  The concept of GPP is a goal in which no one can master but everyone can strive to accomplish.  Whether you decide to carry all of the groceries from the car at once, evade an attacker through yards and over fences, or run at potential attackers with all of your produce screaming CrossFit, because you eat strict paleo and can do a muscle-up, the concept of GPP can and will play a role.
