Lexi was always involved in sports since she was very little. She danced and played soccer and volleyball. Her sophomore year of high school she tore her ACL in a soccer game. With many mental barriers with returning to sports, she decided to start lifting weights and has been obsessed ever since.

Education
Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Exercise and Fitness

Favorite Workout:
I love lifting heavy weights. My favorite exercises are back squats and strict presses. I’ve recently gotten into Olympic Weightlifting and can’t wait to progress further with the movements.

Least Favorite Workout:
Anything that involves running long distances.

Biggest Fitness Hurdle:
Finding motivation during the really cold winter months.

Things people may not know:
I love anything that has to do with true crime.

Dig a Bit Deeper:
I love seeing people learn and really get into lifting weights. When people notice they’re stronger and can move better in daily life, it’s all worth it.
