As CrossFit Oshkosh grows we understand our program must change to stay on top of an ever evolving industry.  We are constantly pursuing excellence in our program which leads to a quality of product which cannot be touched in the local area.  At CrossFit Oshkosh (CFO) we currently offer a Level 1 program, CrossFit, Yoga, and coming soon CrossFit Kids.

Our Level 1 program is perfect for anyone interested in CrossFit and is great for any level.  A Level 1 member will learn the fundamentals of CrossFit in a comfortable and controlled environment.  Once a member graduates Level 1 they will have the ability to partake in our  CrossFit program.

How would you describe our CrossFit program?  Rewarding, ever changing, and based around the needs of everyone.  There are 168 hours in a week and if you give us three to 5 of those hours we will change your life.  After you made your way through a long week of CrossFit and work you can erase your aches with our Yoga program which runs every other Sunday.

Our Yoga is ran by Dr. Kim, a local chiropractor, CrossFitter, and Yogi.  Her many hats help cater the program for the needs of our Athletes, but the program is not only for CFO members!  Anyone is welcome into the Yoga program and it will benefit everyone who participates.  The program is challenging and rewarding and put together by a consummate professional just like our upcoming kids program.

Starting this summer we will be offering a CrossFit Kids program which will be ran by a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer, CrossFit Kids Trainer, local teacher, and graduate student in the literacy field at UWO.  CrossFit Kids will combine learning and fitness into a fun filled program to help keep your children active.  There will be more to come on this as we get closer to the implementation of the program and look for early registration in May.
