What brought you to CrossFit Oshkosh? 

I had a friend who joined CrossFit in the Milwaukee Area.  She had positive results in only a few months.  It motivated me to give it a try by a nearby location.

Your first impression of CrossFit Oshkosh?

Surprisingly, it was not as intimidating as I expected it might be.  Nice/friendly coaches and athletes, welcoming overall.

What has been your biggest hurdle since starting?

Diet has improved, but that is still probably holding me back the most.  I would say that I feel comfortable with almost every Crossfit workout/lift even after a relatively short period of time.  So technique never felt like a major hurdle.

What is your favorite aspect of CrossFit?

Structured, workout is all set when I arrive, coach to assist with motivation and technique in small group settings.  I also like that CrossFit has diet and nutrition plans available.

What are your current goals in CrossFit?

Continue to workout at CrossFit on a regular basis and use it to maintain a positive healthy lifestyle.

What is something we don’t know about you?

I played tennis at UW-Oshkosh for all 4 years.
