Nutrition Challenge

Starting Septemberpaleoplan 19th we will be hosting a six week nutrition challenge.  Included with this challenge is a cook book that guides you through the entire six weeks, with recipes, shopping lists and a detailed meal plan.  All participants will get a digital copy of this cook book, with hard copies available for purchase ($15).  You will also be receiving two InBody scans, one pre and post challenge.  Entry into this challenge will be $75.

Obviously diet is a huge part of living a healthy lifestyle but we also can’t forget about exercise.  With this said, attendance will also be factored into the challenge.  For every week you attend five group CrossFit classes, we will add a half of a pound to the final weigh in total.  This means you have the chance to add three pounds to your total weight lost just by showing up!

If you are not a member yet and wish to participate in this nutrition challenge, we are offering a package deal of five initial training sessions and entry into the challenge for $275.  The only requirement is to finish the five training sessions prior to September 19th.

Last but not least!  There will be PRIZES for the top male and female winners.

If you have any questions or wish to register for this program, feel free to email me at <ben@crossfitoshkosh.com>

Gregg Kremsreiter: Always Improve Yourself

Resized952016080295052823-281x500

Brief personal history and journey towards beginning your CrossFit journey:

I have been a member of CFO since February 2016. I used to be a logger which is a physically demanding profession. My current line of work is in the telecommunications industry which is less physical. And that is what led me to CFO, to maintain a strong and healthy body/lifestyle.

Your first impression of CrossFit Oshkosh?

The first time I stepped into the box here I felt like this it was a community that I wanted to be a part of. It just felt good!

What has been your biggest hurdle since starting?

The challenging part for me here has been learning the fundamentals of all the different moves to execute them properly. I’m a work in progress and I see great results in my improvements every day. It’s definitely challenging and that what keeps bringing me back here everyday

What is your favorite aspect of CrossFit?

My favorite aspect of CFO has to be the ENCOURAGING atmosphere here. From all the instructors who are truly AWESOME coaches! To the other members who always help and support one another to reach their goals. It’s as close as you can get to a team atmosphere inside a gym!

What are your current goals in CrossFit?

I don’t really have any particular goals except to keep showing up here and learning all the different movements. I’m here to maintain a strong body and healthy life style. I would highly recommend to anyone that doesn’t do CrossFit to look into it. It’s fun and challenging and the atmosphere here is unlike any other gyms that are out there.

What is something we don’t know about you?

I’m a huge proponent of self-development. I totally believe that we all are capable of being more than we could ever imagine. I consider myself a highly optimistic person who is always willing to encourage others to be the best that they can be. Believe in your dreams and you can achieve them. One of my favorite quotes is by Henry Ford, ” Whether you think you can or can’t either way your right.”
